Shipping Restrictions:

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items (including the original packaging) within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team

Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to include on the outside of your return package. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging for a smooth return process.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund process to be completed.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange for you.
